No logro entrar a app apple dice que está teniendo inconvenientes para obtener información de mi cuenta la he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y persiste Agradezco ayuda I can't get into App Apple says he's having trouble getting information from my account, I've disinstalled it and reinstalled and persisted I appreciate help
Don’t waste your time or money. When it works well, it’s fine. “When” is the key term. It goes offline constantly. And any “support” is bot generated steps that are not applicable and do not work. The product is simply terrible.
Easy to install and set up. Being able to run zones independently from my phone is so convenient. I highly recommend the Rachio.
The app should have an option to provide Feedback for issues and feature requests. Also need to be able to change the order of valves in the list view.
Great program . Super easy to use.
I was very hesitant to get Rachio for many reasons - #1 was I felt like I was loosing control to the sprinklers. I wasn’t sure how to use it (I’m 72). But it is SO easy to use. I can change the times as needed, put one station on that needs a little extra water and so many things. We were in Africa in August and a friend texted about the heavy rains we were having at home. . . . . And in abut 20 seconds I had the stations turned off for that day. So easy to use!
My grass skips too often when there’s rain in the forecasts, so when it doesn’t end up raining the cycle skips. I’d like to be conservative with water but not why I bought this, to have worry about checking and rechecking the program to ensure it watered sufficiently
I love it very reliable
I like this app and it seems to work well in the few months I have been using it. First suggestion is to allow the user to arrange the schedules in any order they wish. Second suggestion, and why I only rated three stars is so much tracking. I don’t like being a product and you certainly don’t need all the information being gathered. I am a bit dismayed with that.
