Wish Apple/matter support would happen. Now that this is around maybe it would work better then the HomeKit support that went so bad. If this does not happen I may be forced to leave Rachio. Another thing is you can get all their offerings/supported products in Canada.

Very troublesome that you always seem to see an upsell offer when all you really want to do is turn on your sprinkler. Would not purchase again.
Non stop rebooting and connecting to wi-go. Hours on end of troubleshooting. Not worth it. Poor Design.
It was an easy set up. I’m enjoying it. the app is relatively simple. Don’t add any more to it. Simplicity rules. I’m very happy with this purchase I do recommend.

Let’s me control the water in my yard perfectly! Hot weather, no worries, it’s raining -no irrigation, my plants and lawn have never been happier. The only regret you will have is not doing it sooner!!
Completely garbage system! Only bought it for HomeKit and that didn’t even work and they admitted officially they screw it up and pulled the feature! Taking it out this summer and replacing with rainmachine looks to be way better anyways
Just had installed some three weeks ago and it is the greatest investment I have ever made. A huge convenience as I don’t have to move around a hose and oscillating sprinkler. Can’t wait to see what my grass will look like in a month after overseeing backyard and installing new sod in the front, now that I can observe the strict watering requirements. Keep up the great work Rachio!!!
