First what I like. The recipes are great, cause they are simple, yet not boring. The workouts are great and I really like that the data of the apple watch is shown throughout the workout. You can easily skip steps if they are too difficult. The app doesn’t count these for your workout and just sums up what you’ve done. What I don’t like is, that you need to use your phone sync with apple health. Also the iPad and iPhone don’t sync the workouts. If you want to use a different device your progress isn’t shown. I also really wish the workouts from youtube were included in the app (at least I didn’t found them).

It's just great. I used the training app and was pleasantly surprised by its functionality. I like such training. Thank you Jo for your efforts and excellent work.

I loved Jo‘s Youtube videos and thus decided to „give back“ and pay for her app. It‘s a good one, thought through and carefully maintained. However, I am truly missing the walking workouts. You can get a few via the app but the youtube channel offers waaaay more. Would you consider expanding the apps‘ on-demand section? I‘ve done a few programmes, too, and thought the following: Great explanations and sequencing, very similar to my „real life“ gym trainers. Sometimes, exercises require a more lengthy voice instruction - even if the explanation is still running, the beep comes (start time), the countdown starts ticking and you’re supposed to get going even though the instructions aren’t finished yet. Please fix this if you can and only start exercises once the voice instructions are over. Also, I‘d appreciate if we could flexibly tailor the workout dates: when signing up for a programme, I need to commit on which weekdays I‘d like to do sports. Fine. If I however cannot make it on a Tuesday in one week, I cannot move the Tuesday training to Wednesday. It‘s just lost.

I love the single workouts and the live sessions! Wish for even more content like this :) Juet one point for optimization: it would be great if the single workouts would be marked in the calendar, because right now only the scheduled programs show up there and I prefer the single workouts. Thank you Jo for your effort and great work!

Ich liebe Jos Workouts, sie gibt sich jeden Tag aufs Neue Mühe, uns glücklich zu machen, und deswegen wollte ich ihr etwas zurück geben, und zum 1. mal für eine App bezahlen, aber ich bin enttäuscht! Mir fehlt die fröhliche, motivierende jo, die mich jedes mal die Workouts durchziehen lässt, aber Ihre workouts in der App sind, ernst und fühlen sich erzwungen für mich an, weil einfach der Spaß fehlt! Es sind immer die selben workouts, und viel zu wenig Abwechslung! Mir fehlen die Dance workouts, die walk with jo workouts, und viele viele andere, die effektiv sind und auch Spaß machen ! Man bekomme auf YouTube alles geboten was man möchte, und in der App fast nichts, ich würde gerne investieren, aber für so viel Geld, wird einfach viel zu wenig geboten, und die Rezepte sind auch auch eher auf jos Vorlieben ausgelegt als auf unsere! Es macht keinen Spaß die workouts zu machen, und wenn ich mal eins mache, dann hängt es wie oft, oder wenn man es auf dem tv abspielt ist das Bild trotzdem nicht groß genug!! Ich werde das Abo definitiv nicht erweitern !

Schade das es keine Beta Version gibt, wo man dann nur eingeschränkt die App nutzen kann. Ja ich weiß die Leute müssen Geld verdienen und nichts ist umsonst, aber bevor ich ein Abo abschließe möchte ich es vorher ausprobieren. Echt schade… dann schaue ich weiter ihre YouTube Videos ❤️

Klasse App mit tollen Funktionen

Let’s start with the positive: I absolutely love Jo and her spirit, she is so motivating! But the amount of times I have to restart the app during every single workout because it gets stuck at the end of each exercise is just ridiculous and I can’t really focus on the workout. Also, it‘s nice that I can listen to my favourite music during the workout - but why is the Spotify icon placed where I should see the preview for the next exercise? Please fix this so we can fully enjoy the app. Additionally, some harder workouts would be great!
