Subscriptions & Single Issues:

Customers can buy single issues and subscriptions using In App Purchase
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Since the recent update, this app refuses to download, and has the aplomb to say that the user’s internet is at fault………best way I know to lose clients.

terrible

Fed up of constantly having to delete and reinstall the app due to the constant glitches. One of the worst apps ever. Support is non existent. Don’t waste your money.

Well designed!

Very convenient to use...easy to navigate around and the bookmarking function for favourite programmes is very useful. Top marks!

It really should be better

This is the most unstable app I have ever used. The content is radio times but it’s support mechanism is terrible. It works one minute and not the next, it crashes regularly and it is unreliable and frustrating. We have used it for many years here in France and it has improved only slightly. Of course when it works it is fine. It works well once you get into the content and we are very happy with this aspect of it. But we do have other similar type publications which work perfectly all the time. For example What Car. This means it is not really my aging iPad which is at fault or our our appalling internet connection. With every update we hope it will improve.
