I'm researching past Radio Times issues and, while I'm glad this app has the largest selection of back issues I've seen yet, browsing the issues is a real pain. It's really annoying having to endlessly scroll down the list until you get to the issue you want, and the fact the list jumps back to the top whenever you leave the app is especially unhelpful. Please come up with a way to directly jump to issues or organise them better.
Whenever I minimise the app then reopen it takes me to a random page in the magazine rather than back to the page I was previously on. I then have to close the magazine then open to find the current page. Please could this be fixed as it offers a very poor user experience.
We used to be able to ‘mark/highlight’ programmes that we wished to record and for them to come up in a list form🤔but, some ‘wiz kid’ decided to remove this option!🙄 We keep asking and keep asking for this to be reinstated and you keep saying that it’s under review but, no action😡 PLEASE, PLEASE 🙏get this option reinstated PLEASE, getting rather tired of pleading with you! Don’t you listen to your customers or are you like other big companies that ignore them to? As long as their paying you, you don’t care😰
I downloaded this app to highlight programmes. Your app information states I can do this. Nothing in guide showing how. I can bookmark pages but cannot see how to see more than one page that has been bookmarked. More importantly, how do I highlight programmes that I’m interested in? If not please amend your description in App Store as it is misleading. Happy to amend my rating if you can advise how to do this otherwise this is just an e-reader with poor functionality.
I repeatedly get a screen telling me to sign in with a big blue button that does absolutely nothing. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it which eventually works - until the next time. I have completed the form that the developer has asked other complainants to complete and the response has been to contact Apple. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
My Radio Times keeps reverting to payment request when I have a current subscription and when I insert my subscription number it still requests payment. The current week has now reverted to that whilst next weeks and past weeks are available via the “cloud” symbol without charge. Not very good and annoying.
I just paid the one off fee for the Christmas edition only to find it feels like they’ve uploaded a PDF to a web browser. Absolutely no optimisation with iPhone, laggy Page turns, and very uninviting to read. What a disappointment from such a well-known magazine.
Brilliant piece of untested software. I am now getting ‘sign in required’ and a big blue ‘sign in’ button to press. It does nothing. Ho hum.
Very happy with the digital edition of Radio Times although the app has frozen twice now and I’ve had to delete it and downloaded it again. I’ve also had a couple of occasions where pages have been blurred so there have been a few niggles but it doesn’t change my mind. I have a large iPad Pro which is great to read it on so I prefer it to the printed edition.
I am asked to sign in but when I try to sign in nothing happens
