Beware of what you buy in game
I have been playing this game more than 3 yrs and just recently start to buy in game currency. At first it was very normal until lately I noticed the game has been over charged me with a random bcc amount that I did not purchased. I made request for refund on Apple but got denied and sent a support customer the issue that I have along with the snap shot thay I have in my in game account still have to the offer of first purchase. The support customer gave me the same answer twice assuming robot answer not real human. Lesson learn, if you enjoyed the game then good but be aware of what you buy OR play the game without buying anything. I will not support the game that don’t even take customer issue seriously considering I know a lot of friend in game has been spending over 10k usd for this game.
Bit buggy but overall really good
Considering the games been out with consistent update for over 4 years, the game is a little buggy.
Absolutely beautiful game ruined by antisocial gameplay
I have been playing this game for a few weeks now and my impressions are that this is a gorgeously animated game with a really aesthetic graphic choice and lots of features that should be used for social activities in game but are not. In the 3 weeks I have played this game I have not heard a word from another player. All chats are dead (must use discord), everyone is an endgame vet and are either afk or too important to interact with you, you can pay to get to end game meaning there's little to no reason to be social with anyone and you cannot trade with players directly. The entire time I played it felt like I was playing a solo game with unresponsive bots running around. It was extremely disappointing because the gameplay itself is 10/10 it just would have been nice as a new player to actually play with somebody else considering it is an MMO.
