Rail Ninja: Train Tickets

Ninja costed over 70% more expensive than the official website . It’s too much and not worth. I booked 4 tickets 1 month before departures and selected “forward” preference seats. But we didn’t get any of our preference seats. I won’t recommend Ninja, they always come up on top of other websites when you search by destination via train. It costs me extra 70% for learning that lesson.

Train got cancelled. Tried to contact Rail Ninja customer service for a refund but we never got any replies. SCAMMERS!!! Avoid at all cost!

This app will charge you more than the actual ticket price they literally rip u off. Even if you want ti cancel a ticket they will just refund 80% of the price paid even if you cancelled a minute after you make a reservation Don’t recommend it , use other apps for better prices.

In my opinion, thieves. I booked a ticket and shortly before my trip they charged me more money saying my ticket was sold out and then they told me my ticket was not available and then they ended up charging me twice the original price. When I asked them about it, they said it was fees and then stopped responding, in my opinion, totally dishonest company and will steal your money. Go elsewhere.

PLEASE please please DO NOT USE this to purchase your tickets. They sent me the wrong tickets for both of my train tickets and charged me more than double the cost. The good reviews here are obviously fake, I wish Apple would do a better job with removing fake reviews. They did not send me the correct tickets and say they did and can't give me proof that they did cuz i have proof they sent me the wrong ones. They are a complete scam!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM RAIL NINJA. No refund whatsoever if you change your mind , and Overcharging. I bought a ticket few hours before departure but changed my mind right away and wanted to cancel it but their system didn’t allow me. We did not use the ticket and contacted the customer service who replied back saying the cancellation period is 36 hours before departure and if you buy a ticket within 36 hours of departure, and wanted to cancel, you will LOSE your money even you spend $1000. You are screwed. Never buy from them.

This app is a scam.

They sent me incorrect tickets that are going the wrong way and the wrong times that i didn’t even order and won’t refund me! I had to call the bank to stop payment on them with the evidence. This app and website should be removed by Apple and Google!

Honestly, I’m one of those people that likes to give people and everything the benefit of the doubt and because they had such high ratings I on the app despite some detailed horrible ratings, I decided to try it. If I could give 0 stars I would. BAD MOVE. Don’t get this app, don’t use it. You may think it’s convenient, but when you want to modify your tickets and request customer support, IT. IS. A. BLOODY. NIGHTMARE. You follow the instructions, they still make you may the modification fee (which I assumed was the difference). Nope. They make you pay twice, then when questioned and asked for a refund, they state that they were two separate transaction fees and tell you that your modification submission was not successful and didn’t go through. Hence it was considered a separate transaction. Their customer service is horrible, no empathy, no sympathy, no acknowledgement on their end when it is a technical failure on their end, and no actual help. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I’m sure it’ll be cheaper and worth the service even going in person and purchasing train tickets than this app.
