最悪めんどくさい。 iPhone 通話アプリに着信したらそのまま返電するとめちゃ高いので番号コピペしてこれでかける。貼り付け場所に宣伝やめて！消えたその後に真っ白でどこに貼り付けするの？デザイン誰よ。使って欲しくないの？このアプリ使うたびにイラって携帯会社変えようと思う。

Nice jump in progress.
I appreciate the hard work the developers are putting into this app to make it accessible in English. The previous version was a bit janky, but they’re on the right track here. Keep mirroring the simplicity seen in apps that Westerners are accustomed to, and you’ll be successful. Not to knock Japanese design, but if you want to attract more Western customers, you’ll streamline interfaces into the 2020s. You’ll be the dominant carrier amongst international users if you stick to clean design.
電話機能に集中してほしい
楽天リンクという電話専用アプリなのに、半分は楽天カードやら楽天銀行やらの機能で、もう少し電話機能の部分を充実させてほしい。が、それ以外に不満はない。
Mediocre and rudimentary
I honestly hate having this app on my phone let alone using it. Not up to the iPhone standard. Hope Rakuten get the idea and start over ASAP.
