- 90 days subscription plan with 4 TB of storage and 3 TB of bandwidth
- 90 days subscription plan with Unlimited storage and 3 TB of bandwidth( Files will be deleted after 60 days since last download)
- 180 days subscription plan with 3 TB of storage and 6 TB of bandwidth
- 180 days subscription plan with Unlimited storage and 6 TB of bandwidth( Files will be deleted after 60 days since last download)
- 365 days subscription plan with 10 TB of storage and 12 TB of bandwidth
- 365 days subscription plan with Unlimited storage and 12 TB of bandwidth( Files will be deleted after 60 days since last download)

– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Can’t purchase or renew

Please fix, I sent an email and I can’t renew my subscription with this app. Not all of us has credit.

App could improve

App needs work..

Subscription Renewal worked flawless

Very basic app but I only use it for renewal. 2nd year in a row doing subscription renewal. Worked flawlessly.

Don’t purchase anything

Literally the same experience as every other user, current as of April 2020- just purchased the subscription and can verify that it was paid for with Apple Pay and my account is not subscribed to premium.

Terrible

Paid for the service in here then realized they took my money and never gave me the subscription, been fighting with them since. Don’t do it !

I feel ripped off

I decided to give it a try, paid for the premium on Oct5 and now Oct14-19 I tried to use it and tells me is locked up and can’t do anything. Sent ticket to support but have not received an answer yet.

Disappointed

The website removed it so can’t buy directly from the website so you have to purchase the app to buy premium. I purchased an premium account and they charged me and my account is showing free. I complained and made a ticket but instead I get an email saying they are looking at my abuse. I love RapidGator I always want to support it but this literally made me angry beyond belief. This might well be the end of RapidGator if they keep this up

Just doesn’t work under iOS

Unlike RapidGator on the pc, the iOS app fails nearly every time. About 3 successes in 100 attempts to download on an iPhone using v12.1.2. Similarly poor performance on iPad. Zero customer support. Try BEFORE you buy. I suggest buying 1 month then, if you can get it to work, buy additional months. Also, turn off renewal or you’ll wind up paying for unwanted months (settings, Apple ID, View Apple ID , Subscriptions, tap RapidGator, scroll to bottom and tap cancel)

Buyer Beware!

I used this app to subscribe for premium subscription for 6 months. After exactly 1 month, my account was reverted to “Free” account. Contacted RapidGator with the screenshot of the receipt, they just closed the ticket without resolving the issue.
