Brilliant, and rubbish!

This is an excellent idea and works but there are only a few recipes\ratios, and this makes me resent paying the princely sum of three quid. For example what about these ratios: chicken liver pâté-butter, Yorkshire pudding batter, the various gnocchi. More information please.
