It keeps track of the cigarettes you did not smoke and how much money you are saving. Furthermore it shows the benefits of quitting as text and calculates a nice ranking for you.

A great, straightforward app
I only just got this app and started using it, but I really like it already. It’s a great, simplistic enough, straightforward app to use to help motivate you and set goals when quitting smoking. It has various interesting features on it, (but not too many features), including ones that you can change by pressing on the Settings button, that you can change-up to more accurately reflect your individual situation. It’s neat that when you open the app, the main Status selection screen shows you the main highlights of: How long it’s been since your last cigarette; how much money you’ve saved; how many cigarettes you haven’t smoked; your latest health benefit from no longer being a smoker; and how much tar you’ve avoided from not smoking anymore.
It’s especially really neat how once you change things up a bit in the Settings selection and personalize it for yourself it will tell you at your current amount of smoking and current price you pay per pack, how much money you will save in five years and in 25 years from quitting smoking. I also like that you can add an extra goal in the Goals section of the app, personalized for yourself.

I love this app! It makes quitting smoking a whole lot easier! When I am feeling weak, I open the app and see how many day’s it’s been since I smoked my last cigarette! Great motivator!! A lot of great info too! Love it!
Great app
Gives constant progress updates which really is motivating. I didn’t really think this app would help but it really does. No glitches so far, one or two ads popped up but not enough to frustrate me.

It’s very encouraging to be able to look at how long you have made it with out a cigarette and how much $ you have saved. Time passes quickly I used the money saved total to justify buying camping gear 😁
