4. Customized Account Statements: Download and email customized account statements as per your requirement.
5. Share Transaction: After you send money to your friends or relatives or colleagues or just anybody else, share the transaction through SMS or Whatsapp or Email.
6. Set Standing Instructions for your regular payments.

One of the worst bank
The Shyambazar branch customer service is worst. They don’t have any responsibility, knowledge and fair information. They fool customers and puzzle them for extra charges
OTP not receiving
When trying to login to app, after entering credentials and moving to OTP screen, getting message as otp sent to mail but even after multiple attempts i am not receiving any OTP mails. Worst experience!!!

Payment issue imps
Such a bad experience my property registration abt to happen. And im Not able to transfer money so irritating Been with customers calls representatives they are not able to resolve the issue. Seriously IDFC is way better all in tech and sevices thn RBL
