I am so frustrated with app and banking services so I am taking time to add this review. The app does not send OTP over mail in time whenever you try to transfer money. They does not have proper time handling for NRE users. Most stupid thing that I observed is my account was blocked for 1 month because I added payee to the list. I regret my decision to open NRE account with RBL
Stuck in 2008
This app is ridiculous. Has no password manager support, doesn't allow clipboard contents to be pasted. Does t tell you what to do if you already have an mPin. This app's interface is clunky and the UI is from the early-internet days.
This app exists to check a box, the bank has zero interest in keeping up to date and providing a true value to it's customers.
App crashing on iPhone 6 and below after update
The new update is making the app crash everytime I have to transfer funds on the iPhone 6 and 5s. The app has updated but since my phone didn’t receive the new iOs update it seems to constantly crash. It doesn’t make sense to buy a new phone and downgrading the app isn’t possible. Please look into it asap. It is becoming bothersome using someone elses phone to make fund transfers everytime.

NRI’s -Don’t waste your time with opening account with RBL
I opened NRE / NRO account with RBL on May’15, 2019. Once opened, they freezed the account without any reason. I contacted them for 2 months, no response, no resolution from them. Wasted all my time.
After 2 months, I’m trying to close the account. Now they started a new game saying they will active in 2 days. Every thing is a big headache. My advice to everyone is never trust RBL & don’t waste your time.

Need more upgrades
2.0 version look wise is good but the way the screen(mobile) is designed is not so good. Firstly the half of mobile screen is not used at all, which leaves user to scroll the second half of the screen for seeing transactions.
Constant Re registration
I have become tired of every three days upgrading and re registering as it keeps logging me out .. not sure what is the point of the app .. !!
