I was trying to install this app in my second phone having different mobile number and hence mobile verification is not happening. Whoever developed this authorisation logic, it totally inappropriate especially when need to install app in two different phone or for those staying in abroad.

Very poor customer service, most of the customer service executives don’t have knowledge about their services and products

Any other bank or Card apps Better than this

Not able to CC payment through UPI always getting error like failed.bakwass application

Not able to register anything

99% of time app shows service is currently unavailable.

Worst app it do

It’s probably the worst banking application ever even Government apps are better than this. Can’t log in from the past 2 days. Improve your app otherwise I will close my card.
