The app does not update on its own. If we try to update it has only open option. To update the app. We need to delete the old version and install again. This has happened twice.

App Crashes
The app keeps crashes whenever I try to send money to another person’s RCBC account. Specifically when I import a photo and I’m typing information, it crashes.

QR Cardless Withdrawal
Option went missing on my menu.
Inconvenient and a hassle.
Keeps getting stuck on the login page with the “User is logging in” error whenever I try to login. Such a big hassle.
Recent transactions gone
Its been a few weeks now but i can see all my recent transactions before the cut off date. Its always unavailable
Activate your RCBC digital access
Linking of account is annoying. They kept sending an email telling you to reply YES to activate your access. After compliance, they will reply telling you that your activation has expired.
BROKEN OTP sending
Gets locked out of app and OTP was received 6 hours after clicking send otp via app and sms. HASSLE
User Already Logged In?!
I did a fund transfer from another bank to rcbc then when i was about to check the balance to see if it went in, the app says user already logged in. I'm not logged in to any other device nor in the browser. Please resolve.
