This is the worst mobile banking app. Still not able to receive OTP for almost 4 months now i am not able to access my account.

Not receiving OTP outside Philippines
Until now after 2 weeks and contacting rcbc phonebanker I still cannot receive the OTP form rcbc online banking . Tried to reset my phone reinstall app and. Clear the cache as per their advise still not resolve Please make alternative options aside from receiving OTP. I an OFW and struggling to receive OTP since 3 weeks now . All my transaction are on hold because of this system failure.

Since they removed the sending of otp via email i am struggling to receive one via sms. I cant use my online banking

The app keeps crashes whenever I try to send money to another person’s RCBC account. Specifically when I import a photo and I’m typing information, it crashes.

QR Cardless Withdrawal
Option went missing on my menu.
Inconvenient and a hassle.
Keeps getting stuck on the login page with the “User is logging in” error whenever I try to login. Such a big hassle.
Recent transactions gone
Its been a few weeks now but i can see all my recent transactions before the cut off date. Its always unavailable
