The Watch Face Market doesn’t work and only keep showing “please wait…” It is quite frustrating.

I bought it and used it for about 1 month now it's requesting for a code. How do I fix this?
Crashing app
For moment it was working ok….and suddenly it started crashing anytime I want to change face so annoying like the app can’t stay up to 2min no more please fix it or am Changing this product
Problem
I just bought new one which is sealed and I on it and it was requesting for password which I don’t know
Market face watch and no notice
After uninstalling and reinstalling my market face watch stopped load so I can’t change my watch face on the app and also I don’t receive phone notification on my watch. My weather app stopped working too. Fix it
