I just got model I9 , I can’t register to the WearFit 2.0 both on my iOS and Android why is that ?

I can’t connect my smart watch to my iOS, why is that?
Unable to check heart rate and dp
Everything works except the main purpose of checking the heart rate and the blood pressure. The reading shows 0 everytime

My smart watch stopped displaying the messages from my phone. Can this be rectified please?
Avoid any Device that Uses this App
Don’t buy any device that uses this App. It’s ineffective and does not perform up 1/3 of the functions stated.
Silent button
You should include the silent button so that we can silent our bracelet
Connectivity
I only get message notifications from my iPhone , no calls or nothing. ONLY MESSAGES not even social media messages just phone messages!
