Helps Me Find Out Things About My Business
Feedback has helped me find out things about my cycle studio that customers would either never tell me to my face or I would find out about the issues from a negative online review. Very easy to use and saves me lots of time.
Yikes
This is such a waste of time. The people who handle these complaints take forever to call the businesses. Not sure if they’re understaffed or what. It’s easier to flag down the manager yourself and get actual help while you’re still at whatever business.
