After several complaints I received an email that we have updated your profile on the App , after logging in I could not find my name or unit number .. what a customer service standard, apart from that the app is very very ……… very Very slow .. keeps turning and turning for 5 min until another page is open .. shame and shame for such application

This is the worst App i have ever use, the designer and IT guy should resign from this work. The App shows 0 respect to the customer. How can people even live with this trash App. Do you guys even try to use it or test it once? Shame on everyone who involved in developing this App.

This app used to be good. There has obviously been a change in management and the new boss has decided to fix things. This app is now useless.

Dear DP management please fire all your IT guys, and hire the competent people or ask other local big developers to guide how to design the Apps to facilitate the customers easily to access their properties and payments Now I logged in it is not showing my profile information at all, even I want to update personal details it always said it is not working, worst apps in the world, it has been updated only a month ago, what your IT guys done???

The app has structural and architectural issues, illogical design and my account is locked and I can’t enter to check my information, customer service cannot help and keep throwing me from one department to another like a ping pong. Really unprofessional and honestly it’s a shame for a prestigious company like Dubai Properties to have such a terrible app. Honestly they really need to sort this out by allocating resources or just outsource a proper development app company to build this service from scratch.

Again tried to open but not opening: not recognising username…time to time it’s happened OTP also is not working

Without prejudice this is one of the worse experience as far as the app itself and the customer care service provided. After several weeks i managed to register myself and my property and they managed to register the wrong property. I received automated messages that my application is in progress and it was not for 4 weeks and after many many many emails and calls and them asking for the same exact documents 3 times, they managed to wrongly register my property. So now i can still not use it! Laughably low score unfortunately.

Poor App. Most of the time not working

This application is not user friendly. I am unable to upload any documents like title deed or UAE ID and it does not allow for a partial payment. Only full payment is accepted. Very poor customer support service as nothing is done to address the many issues!

Please check others how they manage their app and how easy of a use they are making it for their customers!! I truly mean fire whoever you need to fire !! For the biggest developer in uae and maybe in the region !!! It’s sad to say you have a product like this !! Adnan
