This app does not work, the drop down menus don’t cover the work required and it’s clearly not designed for a phone. Very, very poor!

Multiple log in issues over 5 years of using the app. Never really has it improved. Far from ideal as more and more communities are being managed.

System doesn’t update when an NOC has expired or been cleared

raised issues with DCM at least 3-4 times, it simply doesn’t work and keeps telling me i am not permitted to do any of the tasks a homeowner would be able to do.

Sends out blank permits - have complained many times, but non-existent customer support. Makes me wonder what they’re spending all the service charge money on.

Since the update the app is now effectively useless, no access to amenity bookings, NOCs etc and can’t even raise a support ticket in it to report the issues!

After the late ‘new’ updates had taken the app offline for considerable time, the easy nature of the previous app has been lost. It’s impossible to update information, the quick ‘one click minor NOC’ is now a tedious email ‘only answered in working hours’ (yet to see the time scale on that!) and no documents are showing on my property. Highly frustrating and not user friendly in the slightest!

Not all functions work for move in/out permits.
