Searching for a house is a complicated and time taking process. These tools exist and should be designed to make it easier. I like that I can create a pretty detailed filter and save it. But if I cannot hide the properties that I don’t want to see anymore, the filter doesn’t make much sense. To scan through the tens or hundreds of properties every time is a painstaking process.

Been a realtor for 10 yrs and this app looks pretty, however it is pretty horrible. Not user friendly and definitely there are extra steps to take to find listing. Bring back the old mls

Consumes battery like crazy. I started at 100%, right off the charger. Within 2 Hours it was dead. Usually my iPad Pro m1 lasts 10 hours of nonstop use and can function for 30 days on standby. Otherwise it is quite powerful. But it’s not easy to work with as I’m out with clients and I need to charge it nonstop between clients to keep it running. Either charges in my car or office.

So annoying to use. It NEVER remembers that I selected “Face ID”, so that NEVER works. It also doesn’t remember my login, nor does it give the option of auto populating my password…. Even though I’ve programmed it into my save passwords. Which is HELLA ANNOYING when they automatically assigned me a username that is 30 random characters!!!! I called them… they can’t change the username!?! Links to houses and lists that my fiancé sends me don’t open in the app (just takes me to landing page *eyeroll*! I have to email them to myself and go to the website for the links to work. Brutal, painful app. Horrible experience with it/ the company all around. Painful. Would rather use HouseSigma, but this what the agents use. Ugh.

The app constantly logs you out even with Face ID enabled and you can’t us Apple password storage.

Biometrics information is not saved and every time it is a pain to login. Cannot login using Face ID.

I used to like it until a year ago. Now, it’s one of the worst apps. Always hangs, too slow, sharing a property takes for ever, the interface is getting bad to worse. Why can’t you guys hire some professionals to fix these issues. I think you need a good IT team. The current ones are definitely not the best. Please fix it…

Why can’t this app do the simple task of staying signed in or password being saved in keychain or Face ID working.

Please fix the UI and make it a little bit more of a smooth experience But before you do that, can you please have this app keep me signed in for more than 10 minutes.

Since the last update, the app keeps booting me out even when I’m using it. Any new fixes ?
