as a consigner and Seller, this is the easiest app I’ve ever used with "Claire". Sometimes you get an instant offer other times you get an offer within 2 to 3 days. Their price point is always acceptable and fair. I have tried other apps, by far REBAG is superior.

I’ve ordered several times from Rebag and the couple times out of the hand full have been unsatisfactory to say the least. I got a wallet that the slips were falling apart from the insides, and a belt that was ordered as a 100 and I get a 90. Trying to figure out what happened I get put in the run around and told I don’t get my right item I have to return it and reorder it and see what happens. But most of their post for their belts aren’t even sized correctly 100s have 80 115 has a 95 on it Be careful ordering things from here you might get the wrong thing

There app and website is a totally joke. When you try to check out with the Rebag credit, both the app and the website keep popping up the window ask you to enter the security code, in the website the window just keep flashing and you even can’t enter the code, in the app the credit won’t apply even you enter the security code or keep saying the code is invalid. Very bad software development.

By FAR one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be disappointed read the reviews and spend your money else where. It is NOT worth it! 1. I ordered a pair of shoes and receive 2 completely different sizes. 38.5 and 39. I returned the shoes a week or more ago and still have not received a refund. Don’t bother calling customer service they are not helpful. 2. I was promised a 15% off code because I used the Labor Day code initially and was able to use that against the next purchase. I attempted to make another purchase and the customer service representative Viviana promise she would adjust the shipment to expedite my shipping so that I could get my new order on time. NEVER HAPPENED! The shoes were not expedited and will not arrive on time for my event. Customer service is a joke and the entire company is a joke. If you order there is not guarantee you will get what you ordered. Also, if you need any assistance you won’t get it and you will be lied to. Horrible company.

They con people in to doing fake reviews of their products every day. This company is a SCAM. Do you research online and see all of the complaints. Trust me, I wouldn’t even keep the app on your device as it probably has scamware in it. And definitely don’t buy anything from them or send them even $1. I have the receipts showing how they fake their reviews.

The app does not synch VIP access on time making the web browser my primary source. Currently just takes up space in my phone.

Don’t do business with Rebag. They sell bags in terrible condition that they don’t disclose and refuse to give you a refund only want to provide store credit to them buy another bag is horrible condition.

The amount of little glitches and quirks within this app are absolutely infuriating. They’re all relatively minor but there are just so many that i am about to make a purchase thru a competitor’s app simply because of the flawless experience i have browsing on there. This is no shade at all to the app devs; you’re all much smarter than me and i appreciate the app you have given us ❤️ if it helps at all, here’s my list of bugs I’ve encountered and suggestions for enhancing the user experience: -When going to search something, the keyboard will pop up and then disappear for a split second immediately after typing the first letter -The filter function hardly works. I have tried a million times to set the filter so that it shows “in stock” items only but no matter what i do it will show an endless stream of sold items. Like, thanks for letting me know what the market is like but i just want to browse what’s actually available. -(this suggestion is for whoever is in charge of marketing decisions) Please stop showing me sold items that are unrelated to the search i entered. No reason i should be on the hunt for a louis vuitton alma bb and consistently be met with sold listings for prada and ysl bags. I know it’s to promote/encourage people to climb the ranks of your vip ladder but it’s just spammy when every 5th item in my search result is “sold to a vip member!” or whatever. Just stop. -The whole search page needs an entire refresh. Sniff it out for where it could be cleaned up, find small bugs/glitches (like the keyboard issue i mentioned) and squash it pls 🙏🏻 -A competitor of yours (who imo has the best app out of all the luxury resell apps. I don’t wanna mention names but it rhymes with “vesty-air” 🤌🏻🇫🇷🥖) has a feature where when you click to type in the search bar, that standard lil dropdown thing comes up with your recently searched items. The 👋🏻fancy👋🏻 thing is tho, next to each of your recently searched items, it’ll have a little red blurb in red text that says “+5 new items!”. And then when you search for that item, it’ll say “new” in the corner of the items it was referring to. Chefs kiss 👩🏼‍🍳🤌🏻💋

This is the type of company that will draw you in with a ‘deal’ and lay the fine print on you after. Don’t waste your time and shop The Real Real instead. The Real Real is transparent and gives much better deals than Rebag. Don’t play me and my time Rebag, it’s worth more than your ‘said deal’.
