The amount of little glitches and quirks within this app are absolutely infuriating. They’re all relatively minor but there are just so many that i am about to make a purchase thru a competitor’s app simply because of the flawless experience i have browsing on there. This is no shade at all to the app devs; you’re all much smarter than me and i appreciate the app you have given us ❤️ if it helps at all, here’s my list of bugs I’ve encountered and suggestions for enhancing the user experience: -When going to search something, the keyboard will pop up and then disappear for a split second immediately after typing the first letter -The filter function hardly works. I have tried a million times to set the filter so that it shows “in stock” items only but no matter what i do it will show an endless stream of sold items. Like, thanks for letting me know what the market is like but i just want to browse what’s actually available. -(this suggestion is for whoever is in charge of marketing decisions) Please stop showing me sold items that are unrelated to the search i entered. No reason i should be on the hunt for a louis vuitton alma bb and consistently be met with sold listings for prada and ysl bags. I know it’s to promote/encourage people to climb the ranks of your vip ladder but it’s just spammy when every 5th item in my search result is “sold to a vip member!” or whatever. Just stop. -The whole search page needs an entire refresh. Sniff it out for where it could be cleaned up, find small bugs/glitches (like the keyboard issue i mentioned) and squash it pls 🙏🏻 -A competitor of yours (who imo has the best app out of all the luxury resell apps. I don’t wanna mention names but it rhymes with “vesty-air” 🤌🏻🇫🇷🥖) has a feature where when you click to type in the search bar, that standard lil dropdown thing comes up with your recently searched items. The 👋🏻fancy👋🏻 thing is tho, next to each of your recently searched items, it’ll have a little red blurb in red text that says “+5 new items!”. And then when you search for that item, it’ll say “new” in the corner of the items it was referring to. Chefs kiss 👩🏼🍳🤌🏻💋
This is the type of company that will draw you in with a ‘deal’ and lay the fine print on you after. Don’t waste your time and shop The Real Real instead. The Real Real is transparent and gives much better deals than Rebag. Don’t play me and my time Rebag, it’s worth more than your ‘said deal’.
1) The customer service chat feature in the app is a joke. You enter your message and *every* day it tells you they’ll be back online “tomorrow”. My message remained unread for 4 days, essentially letting the clock run out from the 7 day window we have to return an item. My case was unique and I needed to talk to a human. No luck. Couldn’t get a person via phone, via chat and couldn’t even get the courtesy of an email reply either. Insanely unprofessional. Never shopping with Rebag ever again. 2) Once you buy an item, all the photos are then blurred out, which is frustrating if you need to then relist the item (be it there or elsewhere). Other sites retain access to the images. It’s an annoying aspect of the user experience that further demonstrates lack of thoughtfulness towards customers.
Such a bad customer service, selling broken items and no one will return your call. Made purchase and they lost my item, I called them at least 40 times but no one pick up phone. Finally after writing many emails I was able to hold of some one but no resolution is provided. Please check BBB report and complaints as they are not even accredited business, before you make any purchase with them to make an informed decision, there are 100s of same complaints against this company.
Rebag is a big scam now. You give us offers and change is substantially after you receive the bags. It’s been happening throughout and it’s on social media. It’s frustrating and not right to lure people to send offers and trick people and change it after receiving it. It’s bad! I’m no longer going to trust rebag.
Browse by category buttons aren’t working
I’ve been trying to get my bag delivered for a week now with no success. Tried calling and they are not helpful at all! The whole experience has been infuriating
My item was never delivered by FedEx, and Rebag will not give me a refund. Although FedEx should be paying Rebag for the undelivered item, Rebag is not willing to give the customer back their money either.
Any app that makes me create an account before I can even use it is a hard no.
