Been waiting on the App Update to access all my RG credit and still cannot log into my account. Texts state that all Apple users are good to go, but it’s still not fixed!

This is one of the worse companies I ve used. It starts out good but if u have any issues they won’t get resolved. They send wrong wigs wrong clothing size but if they have shipping issues they expect you to understand but if your shipped the wrong wig they won’t fix it trust me I would know so dnt buy the expensive wigs I will no long support this terrible company!

I have permanent hair loss and love all their wigs for the price. I see a lot of reviews that claim they delete bad reviews or that the owner designs all the products. No where in any videos or ads does it say that.

This owner literally not a good person. Lots of evidence PROVING her unethical business practices on Reddit and YouTube. She does everything including doxx customers when trying to leave honest reviews trying to intimidate them from speaking up. I’m just trying to warn you before you get sucked in like I did. She will literally say anything to get your money and once you hand it over no matter what happens she will not refund you.

Reselling $30-50 100% branded synthetic wigs for a 500% markup & removing tags - beware! After spending thousands I’m learning along with hundreds of others that we’ve been bamboozled!! The wigs are synthetic NOT human blend as advertised, most wigs are other brands she purchases and removes tags from. (Bobbi Boss, Belle Tress, Websters Wigs, Sensationnel to name a few…) Just about every wig “she designs” can be found elsewhere for 1/5th the price & shipped within 2-days. With her predominantly white customer base, most of the lace is dark. Search Rebel Gypsy on Reddit - endless information! I didn’t want to believe it myself, but a lot of my wigs have what appear to be tags that were cut out and sure enough the same wig can be found elsewhere for way less. Her shipping is terrible, special orders take months if they ever ship. She’s notorious for printing shipping labels to comply with marketplace laws, but she won’t actually ship the order for weeks or months if at all!!! Do your research before investing thousands like I have.

Rebel Gypsy is a scam. The owner buys wigs from big name companies at cheap prices and rips their tags out and claims it as her creation. There are subs all about it on Reddit. She doesn’t refund your money or accept returns and most of the wigs people get are nothing like her website picture. She deletes bad reviews and kicks people off her IG and FB for telling the truth. She also stalks and threatens unhappy customers. BUYER BEWARE!!! PS: her app does not allow for the “ask app not to track” option! Read the data policy. It gives her access to everything!

Do your research. Google, Reddit, TikTok, You Tube, etc. Search “wig scammer”. You will be purchasing wigs that have been bought from other retailers and passed off to you as “custom” with as much as a 300% mark-up. She lies about shipping time and if you complain you will be blocked. This is someone with no ethics. Do your research. If you want to throw your money away, be her customer. If you don’t then do some investigation and protect yourself from scammers like her.

Don’t ever speak up if you are displeased. You will be blocked. Don’t have a difference in opinion. You will be blocked. The app was often glitchy and would force stop. Product listings are a false advertisement. Save your money. Don’t shop here.

This woman claims to make her own wigs, but she only resells other brands after cutting the tags out of them and marking up the price 3x. Plenty of ex customers out there like myself leaving the proof of it all on Facebook, Reddit and reviews, as well as actual wig makers she’s stealing from calling her out. Don’t fall for this scam like I did. This business is downright disgusting.
