App is not taking input on IVR
Application is not accepting input (keypad) when on IVR. This featured has been stopped working since previous code deployment.
Worse app can’t used after paid
I can say that its the worse app i have ever used 😡 The first 7 days i have used and i have even purchased because it was walking nicely in the trial day and after i paid and few days later its says my account is blocked I don’t know the reason why and they are asking me to send a statement which I have to get it from home i have send the screenshot of the payment and they said its not allowed, they need the bank statement which is send by bank which is not possible until i go home i have tried asking the help line support again and again and they don’t know reason too ,it is international app but they accept the card from home. Not from the country I’m staying and I don’t have paypal account too
Stay away from this fraud app.
I am using rebtel from last six months but suddenly they took monthly payment and locked my app on contacting customer support they said to submit bank statement and passport copy . Why the hell i need to submit bank statement just to use a app. So stay away from this fraud app you can be victim of data theft and your bank account can be hacked.
Fantastic App
This app is amazing i was struggling to find app features like this at the end hard-work pays off. Amazing service ever wd reasonable prices.. I’m in love wd this app. Hopefully I’m not gonna uninstall it.I recommend to all you just try this app. It’s a reliable,easy to use & also good communicator.
Works with WiFi and Cellular
I am using Rebtel for normal calls to India through my Wifi and cellular data. It is helpful to talk to my parents.
Unprofessional staff.
Numbers are not getting connected.Changed phone,updated and reinstalled,still the calls are connected.Please don’t give reason that you tried and it’s going through,asI need to call and it’s me who needs to get connected and moreover,I’m paying every month for the app to call and such a reputed and multinational company’s employees are so unprofessional that they are asked to get me connected to them on phone in order to find a resolution,but since three months they are not doing it and giving foolish reasons for not getting the problem rectified.
