If you have money inside and you don’t use it for a year, they automatically get your money without warning . I had 7€ and the app didn’t warn me about that so after a year when I wanted to use it back my money just dissapered. Now I use the app called MYTELLO that at least they claim the money won’t expire. And it has cheaper calls. BYE BYE Rebtel!!
Never receive SMS verification code, simply can not use, do not waste time, customer service will only ask you to reset the entire phone, delete the App reinstallation, phone reboot, etc., no matter how it does not work, you can never receive verification with SMS, I am very sure that this is the problem of the server to send SMS, resulting in the client completely unable to receive verification SMS.
Making international calls through Rebtel is free and the call quality is just as good as regular calls as long as you have stable WiFi! Definitely recommend it!
Can’t hear voice but credit is being diducted every time
