Payment taken but zero credit
I just joined and signed up with payment made by my credit card. However the app is showing zero credit and as a consequence I am unable to make any calls!! Very disappointed with this app and now have to try to get the funds back through my credit card company!
Cannot add payment card, poor support
I had to remove an old payment card and attempted to add a new one – which didn’t go through despite multiple attempts. Repeated emails to support have not elicited any response besides the automated one and my direct debit is due anytime! Extremely disappointed with an otherwise great app
Bug in the app
Just topped up £5. Made a call. Went to make another call and it says £0 balance. This was my first time using it.
Don’t waste your time
Purchased and added credited. Every time I try to make a call does not work.

Not working on iPhone
App is a bit temperamental on iphone works fine from my other phone
I feel Scammed
Paid £5 via debit card through the app for my first calling minutes and although the money is out my account it is not showing in the app as calling credit. I tried to contact for help through the app but the contact function is not sending my message. Something that did however happen within minutes was that I received a text message from a number that is listed as dangerous and linked to bank fraud. I can live with losing £5 but not with feeling scammed and fearing for the safety of my information. Please sort this out asap. I don’t usually leave reviews but this is criminal and there has been no other way to contact the company to resolve this issue.
