Unable to change password
I have forgotten the password but when click on the forgot password, the button is not functioning
No status on reimbursement
Uploaded reimbursement but no status update, don’t even know if the upload is successful. This app doesn’t even deserve one star rating. Lousy.

Most unreliable, stupidest and terrible apps. The developers maybe make this apps using their foot. Make all my works at clinic become useless
Unreliable app with lagging issue
This would be my many times uninstalling and reinstalling this unreliable app because it keeps lagging whenever I upload a claims document. Major fix required for this app !!
