Useless support
I had an issue with KYC; my name was written in Arabic on the ID. I was trying to switch from my local ID to my passport, but I couldn’t. I asked for help from the support team, but they kept asking me to keep retrying until I got blocked, and now they haven’t replied to my messages for three days. This is very unprofessional and useless. Edit: They reached out and fixed my issue

The worst credit card app ever
The app doesn’t log in and freeze every time I try to log in. Terrible experience
Spent 2 hours with customer support
Customer support is horrible. The agent I got was called Adeel, he spoke with very broken English and didn’t understand what I was telling him. I asked him if I can deposit via Skrill, he said yes but update your app. I updated it and still did not see deposit by skrill option. He then asked me to show him a screen recording and left me on read.
Transactions
Redotpay doesn’t support small transactions and when i asked the support why didn’t tell the user before using the app he told me “ internal risk “ I got warning cuz of my transactions 0.5 $ and it’s not small in my country and the customer support asked me to do at least 5$ and my transactions are legitimate and safe 100% to be known The worest app ever

Worst app ever it’s not functioning, every step I had to do it twice and still not right it’s not verifying my identity and I’m not able even to resubmit request this is ridiculous
