identity verification
i tried to make a card the verification didn’t got through and i never could make a card again like delete the verification and let me try again i even deleted the account and waited 15 days for it to say double verification like delete my verification from the database with my account 💀
too much extra charge

I have been using this app 6 months now everything was going smoothly until i had a problem with my account then i started realizing that they have the worst customer support ever. Suddenly my account was reset and lost the virtual card i paid for. And they are asking me to verify my account and start over, fortunately i have only 10$ remaining in my account and lost them. It is been more than 3 days i’m trying to reach them but no one cares. ⚠️⚠️Friendly advice, don’t leave any money on card preferably transfer only the needed amount to use and don’t leave any balance on otherwise you will lose your money
they reject verification without telling the reason
