The new version of the app is completely useless. I’m unable to connect to the manager unit at all now using Bluetooth. The old app worked perfectly everytime, the new app doesn’t work at all. Please revert to the old app or fix it so the app is actually useable again. I expected more from a quality brand like redarc
Disappointed, the original app, was perfect the updated version for use in the ARB Earth Camper is so poor. The updated version has been dumbed down to a point where the app provides minimal information. Please reinstall the previous information onto the App, otherwise the app is not fit for purpose.
The app is fine for my battery monitor. My biggest issue is the app name is now ‘User’ which makes launching it with Siri a massive pain. I still haven’t had the battery recognised as full charged though.
Had a redarc smart battery monitor installed 6 weeks ago. The app Was working perfectly fine until Wednesday then randomly wouldn't connect. Have tried all the online troubleshooting suggestions of deleting apps and reinstalling. Updating and turning phone on and off. Cleared Bluetooth connections and tried repairing. Nothing has worked after repeated attempts. So far no help from redarc tech support either. Hopefully it's just a glitch that can be rectified.
worked well for first 2 weeks and now won’t show water tank levels - no solution provided by Redarc…now pretty much useless
Since the new version when opening the app, waiting for the connection to be established takes much longer then before the update
Since I have installed the new app it doesn’t read the shunt properly and even when fully charged it has cut power to all devices. I have 13.6v and it states I only have 35%. Before the latest update these problems never existed and the system worked perfectly.
Since the recent update of the application, I am unable to connect to the Radvision device. Even after updating to the latest version yesterday, the connection still does not work. I deleted and reinstalled the Bluetooth app, but it still doesn’t connect at all. Please let me know how to revert to the previous version of the app. I have also confirmed that it connects well to other recently produced Radvision devices, so it seems like there are still connection issues with Radvision devices produced a few years ago. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
I’ve had this app for nearly a year now and I’ve had both the old and new generation of the update for the app works perfectly every time for me very happy with this product
