Pretty terrible app. Low quality, clunky display looks like it was designed back in iPhone 3G days. Constantly loses the connection to to system and I am yet to find a way to get it to reconnect.

The app continually loses it’s Bluetooth connection, which requires you to unplug the display from the main unit - something which is easier said than done due to the way most of theses devices are installed. This is the only app I own which still experiences connectivity issues, so please get it fixed! The app is otherwise okay, although some info available on the display is missing from the app. Such a disappointment from a company that manufactures great hardware.

Since the new update, all of a sudden the app is not connecting and tells me I don’t have a tvsm unit. I wish they would fix this issue as it’s been like this for some time now. Step up your game Redarc… Not like your gear isn’t expensive or anything…

In the 5 weeks we have been using our van with this very good management system, I have accidentally turned the fridge off 3 times. Today it must have been off all day as freezer contents have thawed out. Fortunately only ice cubes & a cooked vegetable slice. Please, please, update the App so that we have to confirm any “fridge off” action.

This app is great for monitoring and controlling the electrics on the van but it only works for a while. Frequently it will come up with an error and disconnect. It’s so annoying!

Can’t even pair an iphone 13 with a goblock. Amateur ui, buggy. Sometimes requires you have to reset the phone for no reason. But currently as I can’t pair at all it’s perfectly useless.

The red vision system is amazing, but the app lets it down severely. If app left open in background on phone, it will stop connecting and require a full reboot of system. No other Bluetooth app experiences this major problem, so not sure why it is such an issue for this app? Data displayed is very basic. Please include some long term charts, which are available on red vision display, but for some reason not in app. Connection distance is woeful- no chance of monitoring system in van from tow vehicle. Apart from above, it’s great being able to monitor and control the system from your phone, when it works. Please put some engineering effort in to solve some of these issues.

The actual Redvsion unit has much better stats. These stats and metrics should be available in the app. Things like charge mode, historical data etc. I understand it’s in the unit but to save doing it from the unit it would be better to have the app show this data.

Unless you’re standing on top of the unit it struggles to connect so if you wanted to be turning on lights from a distance then forget using the app and just leave your lights on

It’s pretty basic. It would be better if it showed all of the details available from the Redvision unit’s LCD screen, including hourly rates of charge graphs etc.
