Why is it so difficult to make the app remember last cinema selection. I tried contacting the developer but it doesn’t seem like they care...

A terrible up to navigate through this requires a certain kind of skill not available on this planet

Why must I update the app every time I go to use it. LAME.

The app is full of bugs If you are booking seats and the session expired you cannot book the same seats as it shows not available :( Like that the full theater will be falsely booked and u guys lose money... fix the app

Great app! Works flawlessly

I find this app very frustrating to use. Examples: 1) I can't select a preferred cinema and use it as a default. 2) it's not clear how to redeem EMAAR points. 3) I hit MasterCard and Visa option and I receive a message that states 'declined'... before I can even input the info! And if I go to the cinema, print the ticket and try to get EMAAR points added I'm told it's too late. VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

The app is amazing,but recently the pictures are not loading I tried everything and it still not loading. Regards,

Reference or booking numbers are not the right format for Passbook!

Trying to book twice but giving error however the amount deducted two times, moreover the website login is not working, finally customer service can’t do anything to help other than raising a follow up to refund but they can’t help me to book
