Trying to book twice but giving error however the amount deducted two times, moreover the website login is not working, finally customer service can’t do anything to help other than raising a follow up to refund but they can’t help me to book

I have using this platform from many year for my movie bookings. The overall experience is great and customer support is also there in case you want to make changes in your booking even after confirmation. 👍

Please update your app! It is awful experience from the app when you want to purchase online !

3rd attempt i was able to book. couldnt book the same seat as it was already showing taken.

I checked price for Cartoon was 52 AED - but the same cartoon in Vox Cinema 25 AED Are you serious? Sending me useless notification Book your ticket now Immediately deleted the app

I have been double charged the first time charged me 52aed then application kick me out automatically. And second time has been successfully. I hope I can get my refund back
