Hi, the app doesn’t work as promised. A lot crashes when trying to produce the reels and even when exporting the reel. I want my money back please.

Horrible canceled burnt up my phone slowed it down
I went to go try this app out and it just kept spinning and spinning and spinning. My phone started heating up like a rotisserie oven and I couldn’t even use it. My whole phone slowed down literally and now I have an ice pack on my phone cause it’s hot. I can’t use the app so I ended my subscription and deleted the app. Don’t use
WASTE OF MONEY
I will happily write a new review daily of how crappy this app is. It’s quite literally unusable (audio is locked and there is a giant green bar across the screen of anything I create.) I have written 2 emails to customer support with no response . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Bad app
I got carried away by an ad and bought this app; it’s basic, it doesn’t even add effects automatically, you just use templates for scene cuts.
Unsuitable
It's better to use something else, the application hangs so much, inserts the video in the wrong place, the picture disappears, which is impossible, the sounds are all outdated and it's not clear when it will be updated, if you want to save your nerves and time is definitely not about this application.

Great app. Easy use. We needed this.
Awesome tool. About to upgrade to get all the templates because this just changed the game. A little glitch trying to go back to the original filter where it doesn’t go back to normal but not a huge deal.
Just crashes
Multiple attempts to use and just crashes. Nothing happens. Canceled subscription and deleting the app. Not worth the hassle.
Access limited to photos, you can not access shared album
It seems new app you can not upload from shared albums on iPhone
