Refill

Shows a water bottle icon over a location. You click it and it says ‘what are you refilling?’ ‘Please select refill type’ ‘refill again’ and then the location itself as ‘estate agent’. I’m so baffled by this app-it just doesn’t make sense. I was sceptical of all the reviews along the same lines and wanted to find out for myself, but just so unclear as an app.

I can’t get this app to do anything useful. It’s not at all intuitive. I’ve deleted it.

Whenever I try and search, no location comes up (or does for a split second then disappears) and I just get a white screen. This renders it essentially useless, which is a shame. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling.

Download the app. No help guide to explain how to use the app, what all the filters mean. Very frustrated so I just uninstalled the app. Please rectify this and I will check back periodically.

I switched on all the filters in the map and it only showed 2 refill points in the whole of London. Also, as many others have asked, please label the icons!

The app is a great idea but it is poorly executed. It is slow and does not interact with the user. The search is useless and the screen goes blank.

I was excited to have found this app, a shame it doesn’t deliver. I think perhaps it’s trying to do too much but I found it didn’t do anything. Despite having created an account, it asked me every time to create an account. It could never identify refill points. The screens constantly froze. Awful, awful , awful. Developers Please go back and look at it again, it just doesn’t work.

No idea what icons mean No idea how to find water refill points Useless

I do like the idea, as someone who’s always carrying and refilling a water bottle, it’d be nice to know where I can go for a guaranteed refill. But I think I’ll uninstall for now and come back in a year or so when the app has been developed a bit more. It’s slow. I had to go to the website to figure out what the icons along the right hand side mean. The stories along the top are annoying and just shouldn’t be there 😂
