Refill

I really wanted this to work, but similar to other reviewers I can’t get the refill location map to work.

Website said they were partnered with Heathrow. No filling stations shown on the map, and way too much personal info needed just to sign up

Asks to turn on location while using app. Done that yet keeps saying location turned off and won’t show map. Useless.

Doesn’t work on iPad. When you tap on the arrows or choices, it’s unresponsive. It also says I haven’t set it up to use my location, even though I have and it’s showing in my settings. Shame as it seemed like a good idea and I joined my workplace up as a refill station (via the website) before finding the app doesn’t work.

I mean really. Cannot create an account. Cannot locate any refill stations even though I allow location services on my phone and in app. Annoy enter location if not. It just doesn’t work. Please don’t bother getting this. It’s such a shame. Simply ask any cafe to refill your water bottles most do some get a bit arsey. But basically stop buying single use plastic and use your own head instead of this brainless app

The app is useful but it includes many businesses which have been permanently closed for years. Adding an option to rate locations to check they have allowed refills, and opening hours would also be useful. It also doesn’t seem to include water refill machines in stores and shopping centres. I am likely going to uninstall this app for now.

Sadly, the app does not deliver! With refill day tomorrow and the fact that this app has been around for some time now, it really should be better. This is the second time I’ve tried it and immediately uninstalled it, again!! Please do better and let me know?

Used to use this app to find public water fountains. Now this is literally impossible. You used to be able to go on the map, choose water fountains and see all water fountains. Now there is no option for water fountains at all! Just “water bottles” which shows shops that may or may not fill up a bottle. And the app is buggy as hell with pages not loading, crashing and the map/search function is awful. Bring back the old app or make this app slightly useable for people, because at the moment it is dreadful.

I love this app, I love what the app stands for and how convenient it can be! However when I load the app up everything works except the home page which is in a constant loading cycle. I hope this can be fixed :) when fixed, it would make this a 5* review

Great app and a great movement but try as hard as i can - i just can’t create an account which is annoying. App support just takes you to website where there are no contact details i can find. Leaving this review in the hope their devs read these and will look into it. Fix that and this is a five star review!
