Just what I needed to stop the distractions and free. Simple to use and works.
Can’t find in AppStore
Great app and easy to use. But told someone about it and they couldn’t find it by searching the name. Even in found it hard to find again to send to them. Otherwise love it and has helped my dramatically stop my scroll.

It’s a good app to keep you disciplined. My weekly average screen time is dropping.
This works.
I have ADHD. I use this to block anything that might distract me. It’s simple to use and if you try to unblock too many times, you have to pay. I love the mindfulness prompt included too. It’s been a game changer for me.
Good but could be better
If it has extra features like blocking u from seeing comments or reels which are addictive that would make this app better! But it accomplishes its job
