Can turn it on and off as needed, very helpful

annoying but good frustrating when i want to doom scroll and procrastinate, so now when i get bored i do all the work i have to do. -100/10 for annoying me, 100/10 = my grades now

I would 100% recommend this ap, you can still get majority of the benefits without paying a cent

Great app. Easy to schedule time off from social media and entertainment apps. Definitely recommend.

Even though I hate to admit it, and I hate it when it interrupts my addicts drive to pick up my phone when I’m supposed to be focused on other things, it is helpful. I have it set on the weakest setting so I can interrupt the blocking fairly easily, but even so it’s annoying and it stops me from losing time when I should be doing something productive. I have no reason for not giving it 5 stars except this I don’t love that I have to use it.

It’s a good app to keep you disciplined. My weekly average screen time is dropping.

I have ADHD. I use this to block anything that might distract me. It’s simple to use and if you try to unblock too many times, you have to pay. I love the mindfulness prompt included too. It’s been a game changer for me.

If it has extra features like blocking u from seeing comments or reels which are addictive that would make this app better! But it accomplishes its job
