Nothing works
I tried to create an account. All I got was “Unspecified error” and no account. I tried to report the problem via customer support, and again email was never sent. Doesn’t help those of us who what to use it.

Reward points gone after app locked
Ive sent multiple emails about the thousands of reward points I keep loosing everytime the app resets. Also make sure you have your email receipt for your ticket. Ticket purchase also missing after signout, with out email receipt you have no proof of ticket, horrible app
FIX THIS APP!!!
The app hasn’t worked in weeks. Can’t get into rewards account, which means you can’t redeem your rewards! Can’t get nearby theater list, can’t update payment method. All this means I can’t buy tickets! I’m not driving to the theater to buy tickets so I’ll just go to Cinemark instead! Fix the app or you’ll continue to lose money!

Advertises smartyplus.net which is a scam subscription service. For a company like regal this is real low .
Newest update is horrible!!
After latest update, app will not let me sign in, doesn’t track nearby theaters, it’s useless. I need help with this! Please
Issue
Is anyone else having issue with the app. Am not able to log in or see any purchases
Rewards issue
Bar code won’t pop up to scan for point and when I try to add point through the receipt code it’s not even loading or popping up have been having this issue for months my phone is newer it’s up to date and I’m getting soooo annoyed literally the main point of having this app and it’s not even working
Mo longer wirks
As of 15 Aug 2024, for at least the last two weeks and maybe longer, I am no longer able to log into the app. Keeps giving the “error occurred” message. When I try to put in my theater location, it finds it in the listings but then says there are no theaters close to me. I deleted and downloaded the app several times but still no luck. Fortunately, am able to log in to my account via my computer and print tickets. Really annoying. Used to like this app. Worked well and tracked everything. Now - it is completely useless. Not sure what you all did to it but wish you would undo it.
