Regus: Offices & Meeting Rooms

Great that it exists. But it’s so slow. Hangs all the time. Impossible to load alternate payment options while outside home country and can’t assign existing home payment method to other countries. Functionality is clunky and limited too.

Wework is better they get physical cards at least. This one doesnt have. Been stuck for ages in a building in the middle of the night because access wont open

Regus is a great company with fantastic office spaces. However this app is unusable as it crashes immediately every time I open it.

Keep crashing on open. Can't use it at all. Tried delete and reinstall doesn't help. It allows me to login, but after logged in it crashes.

Regus are the worse company to work with. They just do not care about their customers. Avoid Doing business with Regus at all cost.

My company uses Regus, so I have installed the app in order to use WiFi and access doors. Unfortunately, the app is very very slow, and is not fit for purpose when it comes to unlocking doors. I believe the e lock is not compatible with my phone - iPhone XS Max

Very unprofessional. After the latest app update, the app won’t open. Oh well - it’s their business they are destroying - I would have booked several rooms recently but the app won’t open so I have made other arrangements.

Simple to use, and it’s super quick now. Love the unlock the door feature! Wish I could add that digital key to my Apple Wallet. Any chance of getting that added soon?
