Regus Reviews

The most expensive office

Eldor2887 on

United States

Their offices are very expensive. It is not worth it

Garbage

Ejaz from North Atlanta on

United States

This app is garbage. Just got an account to get an office and I can’t even log in to use wifi in my new office. The log in page just stays blank. Total mess of an experience. First impressions make an impact and this failed.

App doesn't let me book a desk

lee_dogpal on

I click "confirm booking" and nothing happens

Not working with iOS 18.0

SFman2011 on

United States

As most iPhone users likely now know, the Regus App keeps CRASHING & then closing as attempt to use the App, this only since last Wednesday when updated iOS 18.0 upgrade needed to be installed. The Regus email rep sadly 100% unhelpful & CLUELESS, despite my & my Regus Center Manager’s detailed notes to them ! No phone # to call or call back to me as requested. I think email rep in Malaysia, as the messsge tag says that. Not user friendly.

App crashes and exits a lot

juanlperaltta04 on

United States

You need to test better and upgrade the app, it exits on its own when you want to access details on the account section… I preferred to uninstall it and go to the web version, you’ll soon run out of users…

Horrible Service

Terrence17 on

United States

This company has way to many hidden fees, I cancelled within one month, yet they are trying to attached fees and a charge a year contract. I will never use them again. I recommend people do not either

Terrible company

MarkWinAustin on

United States

What an awful company. They lock you into deals for a long term then won’t let you downgrade or cancel the membership without paying the full amount since you sign “a legal binding agreement”. Yet if you want to upgrade the membership, you can do that anytime. Don’t sign up for Regus. Don’t download the app. Use literally any other office space service out there.

Hidden fees, bait and switch

RegisteredOHVoter on

United States

This company hid fees and doubled back on details one of their own customer-service agents told me in an email. They lost my business

Worst

1111111tyyyy on

United States

Literally the worst company you could ever use avoid them at all cost. Even after you cancel the service they still charge your card without your permission

Unprofessional staff. No assistance. Be aware

ttvgrandma_rutus_ on

United States

VERY difficult to speak to any supervisor that has the ability to look into any discrepancies or problems you might have with your account or how you are being treated by staff at the office you use. Without going into the sordid details suffice to say that it is not possible to speak to anyone in charge of the offices. I spent far too long searching the website , going as far to try and find someone on LinkedIn and came up empty. G-d forbid you have a problem with your account. You will be on your own!!!
