Worst shopping platform
Do not buy any product from them, they just keep increasing your delivery date and no action will be taken.
Disgrace to Brand Name RELIANCE
Even my worst enemy should not place any order through this portal which is a symbol of ineffectiveness and erratic. There is no synergy between the departments involved and the status update always is erratic, wrong and misleading. Fail to see why such a global brand is holding and maintaining this portal that is less than mediocre
Worst service
Worst app worst service. Will never order a thing with you guys. I ordered a product which I received defective. Now my it’s been a month since return is picked up, but no refund has been initiated yet. Very poor service.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I have ordered the AirPods and it’s been delaying like 8 to 10 days, even if I Call the customer care they would respond like you have to wait for 48 hours and i’ve been complaining like every day until It reach me. it is the worst service. It is the worst. Better to close the company please close it I kindly requesting you..

3hrs delivery didn’t deliver, still waiting after one day
Fraud app
They tell they will deliver in 3 hrs and each of their executive team talks all fake promises. And finally store team tells it is cancelled and online executive tells it is being delivered. Fraud

WORST SERVICE
I ordered a product which was supposed to be instant delivery 3 days past I still didn’t get the order And even the customer care people don't know where the product is I should have gone with Amazon or flipkart
Worst customer service
1. They only promise just for sale. Later they ignore you. Delayed delivery obviously. Too much follow-up needed. 2. Product is delivered with package seal broken 3. Installation is in hurry due to workload 4. This is my second product from reliance digital. But quality service is still a dream. Please be prepared to struggle. Keep a margin of 1 month for delivery , installation and exchange offer to be complete.
