Bad customer service and experience
I saw an in app purchase of 50% off discount for the yearly subscription but then when I want to subscribe, it’s say error I reached out to the customer service via email, and they told me to try it via website instead of the app, and it was in full price I went back to the customer service and they told me that I can continue to subscribe first and would give me a 50% off discount to match the offer in the app After the payment, I told the customer service and they gave me some general refund guidelines and I asked questions to refund, they disappeared!!!!!!! The offer is a trap!!!!
