Issues with sleep numbers
Lately there’s been issues with getting the results of my sleep numbers . It says fix issue. I’ve tried it all and doesn’t work or correct problem. I’ve really liked this app, but it’s getting to be annoying now.. please fix this reacurring issue If this doesn’t soon get fixed, I’m am stopping this app
Overcharged
They said we had a 7day trial and will be charged after, well i got charged right away
Can we buy it all at once
Monthly subscription is very unfriendly to foreign users, can we buy it all at once？It's too troublesome to charge back and forth every month for subscriptions
Not recording time accurately
The app is not recording actual data. I go to bed around midnight and wake up anytime before 10am. It’s recording time and in bed completely wrong and is affecting the apps I gave using the data! It used to sometimes start tracking after I had woken in the middle of the night and count only that time. Now is worse! I was working on my computer for three hours this afternoon and recorded as time asleep. I need to try another tracker is this is something that your AI system can’t figure out.
Not tracking sleep properly
The app states I only slept a few hours when I slept longer. I think it tracks heart rate for sleep. The problem with this; for me; is that I have a higher heart rate than normal. I think this is throwing the results off so I am not getting an accurate report.

I just downloaded it. I set it up. Gave the app all my health access. Until I went to use it. I CANT USE IT BECAUSE YOU NEED A SUBSCRIPTION. Why do you let people download your app and have them think they would be able to use it. Only to find out you can’t. Because you need a SUBSCRIPTION I deleted it. I couldn’t even use it. That is a big crock of you know what. I would give it a big “O” if I could. I was looking forward to using it. THEY GRAB YOUR ATTENTION AND THEY TANK IT AWAY
Needs ability to eliminate nap
Love this app and all the information it provides. My only complaint is that sometimes it will record a nap session when I’m not sleeping and it lowers my daily score for the day and there doesn’t seem to be a way to eliminate the nap session. Even if I go and eliminate it in the Apple Health app
