Referral Link Not Working / Worst App
The referral link is not working. I shared my link from the app and other person did the required transactions. No referral rewards were given to both. And no use chatting to their customer support.
Slow and unreliable
Remitly held up my money and failed to send it for more than 10 days while constantly asking for the same information which I have patiently provided.

Frustrated that my maid did not allowed to use Remitly. So many documents needed.

Horrible service
High handed and very very poor customer service standards. They suspend your account for no reason and do not even have an explanation. Please avoid this service at all costs. Why pay to be insulted and frustrated. There are plenty of alternatives. I regret having paid them so much for past services.
Fast. Simple. From Au to Phl.
Fast & Simple Transfer from Au to Phil but the exchange rate is not that good compare to other providers.
Exchange rates are not competitive.
Did a few transfers to China. However exchange rates are not competitive at all. Had to use it merely for the convenience.
