Too many ads but it works.

Constant premium ad is annoying af

AnnoyedGodw on

The constant ad to upgrade to premium is sooooooo Annoying I had to delete the app

Absolute joke

Quina$ on

South Africa

Can’t even change the volume 2 clicks before an ad pops up. If you’re so desperate for money don’t make an app.

Only one device can connect?

Jeslevy on

South Africa

Why would you limit the tv to only connecting to one device… absolutely ridiculous and very unuser friendly

Unusable unless you pay

Maps102010 on

United States

Unless you are paying for the premium, every 5 clicks or so you get a pop up asking you to pay for the subscription. So good luck scrolling netflicks for any other streamer for something to watch. You have already purchased a TV from LG you’d think the companion apps would be included or at least a less annoying version or asking for payment

Excessive Pop-Up Ads

Blackipino Jay on

United States

Why does a customer have to pay a sub fee to use an app on a TV they spent $1000 for!? Every input prompts an ad to subscribe and it is infuriating used. This is an app to definitely avoid unless you like getting spam in real time.

Ads?!

CorbitP on

United States

Paid for the tv already, then they offer a digital remote for the tv but have pop up adds every 4 button presses any time you use it. Thats ridiculous, this will be the last LG tv we own. Between the hassle of the remote app and the insane lag from the tv it’s not worth it.

After update

Kirill Simdianov on

United States

After the update the app does not allow you to stream from your phone, on top of that the remote in the app is now does not work making the app fully useless
