Frustrating, don’t pay
Basically doesn’t do anithing. It connects to the TV (paid weekly subscription now cancelled) The app keeps sending me to pay for more and doesn’t work. How can they expect more money when it doesn’t do anything?

I paid the 1 week $6.46 to trial it and yet the controller still doesn’t work my tv pops up on the “tv search” in the app, but keeps taking me back to payment details… not happy at all will never recommend this to anyone if it doesn’t get fixed.
TV Remote Not Working
Such a scam. Why do you take people’s for a remote that doesn’t work. I have emailed your customer service about this issue but no one got back to me. I need my full refund or else I will contact ACCC as you should not charge customers for a service that doesn’t work.
Don't waste time
Didn't work and wouldn't connect to TV. Asked for a trial subscription then it tried to take out money for an entire years subscription. Now have to stop payment from going through
