Remote Smart TV - Universal TV

DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS APP. I bought a premium subscription and it still not letting me to use premium features. I will lodge a complaint to App Store to have this app removed.

I paid the 1 week $6.46 to trial it and yet the controller still doesn’t work my tv pops up on the “tv search” in the app, but keeps taking me back to payment details… not happy at all will never recommend this to anyone if it doesn’t get fixed.

Such a scam. Why do you take people’s for a remote that doesn’t work. I have emailed your customer service about this issue but no one got back to me. I need my full refund or else I will contact ACCC as you should not charge customers for a service that doesn’t work.

Didn't work and wouldn't connect to TV. Asked for a trial subscription then it tried to take out money for an entire years subscription. Now have to stop payment from going through

Hi, I would like to have my money back please. I purchased the lifetime payment of $29.99 and it doesn’t work at all. You can’t do this and scam people for money and your app doesn’t work. This is so wrong in every ways. Please let me know of how to have my money refunded this is very frustrating and disappointing. To anyone out there who is thinking or trying to purchase this app please be aware and this is a very honest and recent review! DO NOT TRY OR PURCHASE! I am trying to get my money back after being charged for a lifetime subscription and their app does not work at all.
